By making a booking with Al Haddi Travel, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation by our suppliers, and acceptance by Al Haddi Travel. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the travel package or airline requirements. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking and the loss of any applicable deposits.

Once your booking has been confirmed and your deposit received, your package price will remain unchanged unless there are increases in government taxes, airport charges, airline surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, or other supplier-imposed costs beyond our control. If any such changes occur, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and supplier approval.
Additional charges or administration fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.
Special conditions may apply to group bookings.
The group organiser is responsible for ensuring that all travellers provide accurate information, possess valid passports, obtain any required visas, and comply with travel requirements before departure.
Al Haddi Travel will assist with coordinating group travel arrangements wherever possible.
Flight schedules, aircraft types, and operating airlines may change without prior notice.
Although we will notify you of any significant changes received from the airline, it remains the traveller’s responsibility to check and reconfirm flight timings before departure.
We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, lost baggage, personal belongings, and other unforeseen events.
Travel insurance provides important financial protection throughout your journey.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, supplier, and travel package booked.
Deposits and payments may be non-refundable once services have been confirmed with suppliers.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated in accordance with your booking confirmation and supplier terms.
Requests to amend confirmed bookings should be submitted to Al Haddi Travel as soon as possible.
While every effort will be made to accommodate your request, amendments remain subject to supplier approval, availability, and any additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel documents, health certificates, and any other documentation required by the destination country.
You are also responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information during the booking process.
Al Haddi Travel cannot accept responsibility for any travel disruption resulting from incorrect information or invalid documentation.
All travellers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout their journey.
Al Haddi Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a traveller’s failure to comply with airline, immigration, or local authority regulations.
Al Haddi Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or additional costs caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters
– Severe weather conditions
– Government restrictions
– Pandemics or public health emergencies
– Airline operational changes
– Industrial action
– Political unrest
– Supplier failures
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to assist our customers and provide suitable alternatives where available.
Travel documents, booking confirmations, and e-tickets will normally be issued before departure.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all travel documents immediately upon receipt and notifying Al Haddi Travel of any discrepancies.
It is also recommended that customers reconfirm flight schedules before travelling.
Where applicable, flight-inclusive holidays arranged by Al Haddi Travel are protected under the relevant UK financial protection regulations.
Protection details, including any applicable ATOL information, will be provided with your booking confirmation where required.
Al Haddi Travel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legislation, supplier requirements, or business operations.
The version of these Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of your booking will govern your reservation.
